We offer more than just CrossFit too. Our training club includes hybrid training sessions, yoga classes for recovery and flexibility, and even mum and baby classes for new parents who want to stay active. With 28+ hours of group classes spread across the week and over 90 hours of open gym access, you can train on your terms - morning, midday, or evening.
