CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and functional movements to build strength, endurance, and overall athleticism

HYBRID combines functional strength, endurance, and high-intensity interval training, featuring a mix of running and functional fitness designed to challenge both power and stamina.

Babies + Bumps is a CrossFit-inspired class created for pregnant women and new mums. Our sessions focus on safe, strength-building movements designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.

Yoga is offered right here at NOMADS. It’s designed to help you stretch, move better, and recover from tough workouts. Whether you're lifting heavy or just starting out, this class helps you slow down, improve flexibility, and feel more balanced. It's a great way to take care of your body and mind

CLASS structure & Memberships

  • Unlimited membership gives you full access to all classes and open gym throughout the week.

  • This membership gives you access to 10 coached session per month.

  • This membership allows you access to 1 coached session or 1 open gym session.
