CrossFit in Crawley at NOMADS is a high-intensity fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and functional movements to build strength, endurance, and overall athleticism

HYBRID training at our CrossFit Crawley gym combines functional strength, endurance, and high-intensity interval training, featuring a mix of running and functional fitness designed to challenge both power and stamina.

Babies + Bumps is a CrossFit class iat our Crawley gym created for pregnant women and new mums. Our sessions focus on safe, strength-building movements designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond..

Yoga is offered right here at our CrossFit Crawley gym. It's designed to help you stretch, move better, and recover from tough workouts. Whether you're lifting heavy in our Crawley classes or just starting out, this session helps you slow down, improve flexibility, and feel more balanced.

  • Unlimited membership gives you full access to all CrossFit Crawley classes, yoga, hybrid sessions and 90+ hours of open gym throughout the week

  • This membership gives you access to 10 coached CrossFit/hybrid/yoga sessions per month, perfect if you train two or three times a week at NOMADS

  • This drop-in membership gives you access to one coached CrossFit session or one open gym slot, ideal for visitors or anyone trying NOMADS for the first time.

  • Gives you access 1 ladies class per week. This includes our Babies and bumps class & Empower hour (ladies lifting.
